Thomas Little Edd Min’s Expertise Dr. Little's experience includes executive management of learning, hospitality, meeting and event design, learning and decision design and facilitation, eLearning developer, and service to organizations seeking development and effectiveness of colleagues in leadership and management of health services, education, local government agencies, and the private sector. He has designed, developed and taught online and in-person courses at Mt St Mary's University, Towson University, Johns Hopkins University, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Harford, Cecil Howard and Baltimore City Community Colleges and the U.S. Army. He currently serves as the Associate to Bishop Mitchell Rozanski, the Seton Vicar for the Archdiocese of Baltimore where he designs and manages events and interventions for 68 parishes of the area and facilitates learning retreats and planning events for local service organizations, staffs, members and volunteers. Dr. Little completed the B.A,and M.A.degrees at St. Mary's Seminary and University in Baltimore; the M.S. at Johns Hopkins University and the Ed.D. at North Carolina State University. In 2011 he was awarded the first Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Christian Spirituality degree from Washington Thelogical Union in Washinton, DC. His special areas of interest include designing strategies to apply adult learning principles to instructional design and technology use; easing the use of various learning strategies using effective adult learning tools and techniques, group management for effective meetings and decision making and the importance of spiritual development for individual and group integrity and enrichment.
